WHAT WE OFFER

Customer Relationships: Manage the technical interface with the customer base and align action with relevant disciplines (sales, manufacturing, research, demand chain, and central data management).

Determine the technical needs of customers and provide service in such a way that they are able and willing to use defined products.

Consult with Global Product Manager, Operational Team, and peers to effectively manage product portfolio for the region
- Project Management : Initiation of customer and NPI projects, and independently manage these innovative, interdisciplinary projects with average project team size between 4-10 technical and commercial members.

Ensure that the profitability of the developed solution/resin is according to defined business case.

Contribute to develop market strategy together with segment leader and marketing positioning new products which will increase New Product Index results.

Attend industry wide meetings to broaden and expand technical and customer base information.
- Technical Service: Initiate, prioritize and monitor technical service requests, manage detailed action lists per region. Translate technical requirements and opportunities into business development plans and also NPI(new product introduction) development projects. Provide technical support to customers with existing or new products (trials, analysis, sampling, etc). Together with customers, determine and implement corrective actions to maintain and/or re-establish product performance. Organize, investigate, and document and resolve customer technical complaints in a timely manner.
- Information Stream: Manage internal and external information streams (market, customers, product portfolio brochures, Technical Data Sheets, website, publications in magazines, lectures, etc.)

Prepare technical tools in conjunction with Technical service team members based on scientific information.

Communicate with technical support group, lab and manufacturing personnel, Global Product Manager, and OT members to remain current and knowledgeable of all situations involving current and future resin products.

WHAT YOU OFFER
- University degree in chemical engineering, relevant area and/or business science.
- Non-degree individuals must have proven equivalent experience
- At least 5 years sales experience
- Business fluent English, both written and spoken
