**Job Summary**:
Responsible for the overall wine procurement, wine storage, wine cellar rotation and expert service to wine consumers.
Responsible for maximizing beverage sales and profits by maintaining high beverage and service quality standards to reach great customer satisfaction.

**Duties**:
Responsible for the offerings in the hotel's master wine list.
Service professional with sound upselling skills and great customer relations.
Main contact for developing colleagues wine knowledge and beverage service skills.
Responsible for the smooth operation and profitability of the departments' wine operation.
Efficiently allocate and use all resources to achieve maximum Profits through Planning, Organization, Leadership and Communications to achieve best results of the wine operation.
Provides a personalized dining experience with offering, introducing and selling the wines thus ensuring total Guest Satisfaction and high quality of service.
Assist all tasks in due to her absenteeism.
Dealt on the assignment given by Director of F&B, & Assistant Director of F&B. Works with all Outlet GSM on design of wine lists, promotions and training.

**Requirements**:
Preferably with 2-3 years working experience as Sommelier.
Independent, good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
