- _Manufacture solar cells according to the required quality, quantity, and speed. Loading and unloading of wafers within defined equipment as well as the transportation of wafers. _
- _Carry out quality control for routine production. _
- _Efficiently operate equipment within multiple sections. _
- _Follow escalation procedure and document all non-standard incidents and deviations. _
- _Optimization of workflow and make suggestions for improvement _
- _Provide detailed pass-down to next incoming shift. _
- _Strictly follow all safety procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and work instructions given by supervisor. _
- _Ensure 5S housekeeping of workplace is being adhered to strictly. _
- _Basic planning and scheduling for the defined work center. _
- _Take responsibility for materials to flow during the shift, including deliveries of materials, processing, quality control packaging, availability of raw materials, operating supplies, and auxiliary supplies _
- _Additional ad-hoc activities are given by superior _
- _To perform any related duty as required by the Management from time to time. _

**Skop Kerja**:

- _Menghasilkan sel solar mengikut kualiti, kuantiti dan kelajuan yang diperlukan. Memuatkan dan memunggah wafer dalam peralatan yang ditetapkan serta pengangkutan wafer. _
- _Menjalankan kawalan kualiti untuk pengeluaran rutin. _
- _Mengendalikan peralatan dengan cekap dalam berbilang bahagian. _
- _Ikuti prosedur peningkatan dan dokumentasikan semua insiden dan penyelewengan yang tidak standard. _
- _Pengoptimuman aliran kerja dan membuat cadangan untuk penambahbaikan Berikan laluan turun terperinci kepada syif masuk seterusnya. _
- _Patuhi semua prosedur keselamatan dan Prosedur Operasi Standard (SOP) dan arahan kerja yang diberikan oleh penyelia dengan tegas. _
- _Pastikan pengemasan 5S di tempat kerja dipatuhi dengan ketat. _
- _Perancangan dan penjadualan asas untuk pusat kerja yang ditetapkan. Bertanggungjawab untuk bahan mengalir semasa peralihan, termasuk penghantaran bahan, pemprosesan, pembungkusan kawalan kualiti, ketersediaan bahan mentah, bekalan operasi dan bekalan tambahan _
- _Aktiviti ad-hoc tambahan diberikan oleh pihak atasan _
- _Untuk melaksanakan apa-apa tugas berkaitan seperti yang dikehendaki oleh Pengurusan dari semasa ke semasa._
