Job Description - Part-Time Admissions Office

**Position**: Part-Time Admissions Office
**Department**: Admissions Office
**Location**: King Henry VIII College Cyberjaya

**Job Purpose**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Schedule and coordinate student interviews, assessments, and campus visits.
- Assist with preparation of admission letters, offers, and related correspondence.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of admission records (both physical and digital).
- Support admissions events such as open days, school tours, and orientation programmes.
- Provide general administrative support to the Admissions team.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling student information.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Administration / Education / Business or related field.
- Previous experience in an administrative or admissions role is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with databases.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Flexible and able to commit to part-time working hours as required.
- **Able to speak Mandarin is advantageous**

**Working Hours**
- Part-time basis (to be discussed, e.g., 3-4 days per week / half-day shifts).
- Flexible schedule depending on admissions needs.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From RM80.00 per day
