1) Carry out day to day operations related to student Admission and Registration.
2) Consults with the Registrar's Office in ensuring coordination of services and effective use of resources.
3) Maintain effective student records, provide service according to operational standards.
4) Work coherently with PCs via teamwork, collaboration and information sharing to foster better customer service.
5) Coordinates the collection and maintenance of data and statistics for planning and reporting purposes (internal, external and regulatory body).
6) Communicate effectively with other work units to ensure effectiveness in meeting the Registry's KPIs and objectives.
7) Implement procedures and policies related to admissions and registrations.
8) Coordinates the systematic maintenance of all admissions records in the Registrar's Office.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Bachelor in any field.
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
- Excellent communication in English and Malay. Able to speak in other languages or dialects will be an added advantage.
- Friendly and able to work in team or independently.
- Detail oriented.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
