Responsible for individual production target set by the company and ensuring the achievement of Branch’s objective in terms of production target and compliances of standard practice set by the company.**JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

**MARKETING**
- Complying and fulfillment of production target as set by company.
- To solicit, procure and maintain business from Bancaassurance as well as to ensure achievement of sales target, profit and sustainability.
- Monitor branch marketing campaign

**COLLECTION**
- Complying and fulfillment of collection target as per Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
- Ensuring all bad debts are collected and being kept at a mínimal and acceptable level.

**ADMIN/UNDERWRITING**
- To underwrite profitable and quality accounts in ensuring they are in line with Branch’s underwriting authority limits.
- Ensuring all Agency Recruitments are as per the Company Standard Practice.
- Maintain high quality and pleasant telephone courtesy whilst attending to incoming calls from clients, agents and other parties.

**COMPLIANCE**
- Ensuring Motor CBC compliance within 7 working days from date of issuance.
- Ensuring all requirements by regulation and guidelines (BNM, PIAM & SOPs) are complied at all the times.

**TRAINING / EDUCATION**
- To have regular product training for existing Banca under her supervision.
- To motivate Banca to excel better in terms of production and prompt payments.
- To educate Banca on the Sales conduct as required by the company standard practice.
- To have proper records of all business activities conducted as per Company’s standard requirements.
- To present Business plan and reasons for any shortfall or surplus.

**ADDITIONAL TASKS**
- To expand branch agency recruitment by recruiting ALIM agents
- To assist on increasing Branch Non-Motor Production by exploring more on Commercial and Corporate Customers.
