General Admin Logistic

**Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems (physical & digital).
- Prepare and process documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
- Assist with HR documentation (e.g., staff attendance, leave forms, and claims).
- Manage office supplies and ensure replenishment when needed.
**Logistics Duties**:
- Coordinate and monitor delivery schedules with drivers and transporters.
- Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Track and update delivery status, and manage incoming and outgoing stock records.
- Handle inventory and warehouse records accurately.
- Prepare monthly logistic and inventory reports.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in admin or logistics (fresh grads may be considered).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Possess own transport (optional, if logistics tasks involve movement).
