**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Reports to Quality Assurance Supervisor
To perform daily Inspection visual or using QA Equipment-Caliper, CMM, Laser Scan etc activities assigned by immediate superior.
To input all inspection data into inspection check sheet and get approval from supervisor.
Report to Supervisor and relevant parties for non-conformity detected.
Ensure measuring tools and equipment used are calibrated & safekeeping.
To keep and maintain inspection records in proper manner and tidy all the time.
Liaise with Production for quick turnaround of work in progress for clearance.
Daily update on Daily QA Report.
Maintain good house keeping and 5'S.
standard practices and procedures instituted by the Company.
Any other responsibility which may be assigned form time to time by Department Head.

**QUALIFICATION**:
1) Minimum Diploma or Degree Welding Technology or
2) Experience in welding process ( familiar with technical drawing, Welding symbol & welding defects ).
1 years related working experience in Quality Environment.
Computer literate.
Preferred experience with QA equipment.
