Implement inspection plans to ensure that the product is inspected at every stage of production, including Incoming Inspection,IPQC inspections and Outgoing Inpsections.
- Analyze daily quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement. This may include to support on the analyzing data from inspections, customer feedback, and other sources.
- Ensure that there is effective communication between the QA team and other departments, such as production, engineering, warehouse and other related.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve daily quality issues.
- Internal monitor corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent them from recurring.
- Ensure all reference documents related to the PCBA are up-to-date and accurate.
- Ensure that all subordinate follow documentation control procedures, such as revision control and document approval processes.
- Supervise subordinate on the daily routine Job.
- Do Escalation on the daily abnormality issue to Superior.
- To Manage and arrange daily subordinate attendance to ensure the work task complete as per scheduled.
- Assist Superior to collect history data for any abnormality feedback from customer.
- To support subordinate on the daily routine job for any urgency task.
- Able to learn new task and responsibility.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance,Production Quality Control, Production Inspection or any, preferably in the electronics manufacturing or PCBA industry.
- Able to work under less supervision.
- Experience on handling and communicate the internal quality issue with related internal team.
- Proficiency in quality inspection technique used for incoming materials and components.
- Experience and knowledge of soldering criteria and specifications relevant to PCBA manufacturing, such as IPC standards.
- Basic knowledge for Microsof office tools such as excel etc.
- Basic knowledge on how to use basic measurement equipment or tools ( caliper,multimeter,micrometer etc).

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
