Deputy Production Manager #building #precast

**Responsibilities**:
- To identify and report operational and maintenance problems to prevent production delays.
- To design, develop or update SOP and best practices for prodcution operation.
- To assist in interviewing, hiring and training new employees.
- To optimize production operations to meet quality and performance standards.
- Responsible for maintaining and imporving all equipment / process related to efficiency, cycle times, capacity and capabilities.
- To assist Senior Production Manager in managing a team of supervisors, and workers in ensuring timely production and delivery of precast components.
- To coordinate between Quality Control team, sub-contractos, technical team, Material Procurement and Mould team to ensure smooth production.
- Follow up on preventive measures and corrective action taken.
**Job requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in contrustion or precast industry.
- Ability to work as team member.
- **Prior experience in precast projects will be an added advantage.**
**Technical Competencies**:
- Must have some knowledge of architectural precast works (measurements, sequence, concept, theoretical understanding).
- Ability to interpret and counter-propose production-related drawings to ensure compliance, cost, and time efficiency.
- Prior Singapore construction project experience is a strong advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
