**Requirements**:

- Minimum Civil Engineering degree holder or equivalent.
- 5 - 8 years' experience in precast industry.
- 5 years management experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversees production planning including quality control and delivery schedule.
- Overall control of ready-mixed concrete batching and precast production.
- Upkeeping of facilities including factory buildings and equipment.
- Control of production cost, quality, and occupational health and safety.
- Ensure compliance to authority's safety requirements.
- Reporting to Plant Manager and assist with administrative tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
