1. Assist and report to the Production Manager.

2. Assisting in the planning and scheduling of production activities, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.

3. Maintaining quality standards throughout the production process, ensuring products meet specifications and implementing quality control programs.

4. Coordinating with procurement, inventory, and shipping departments, as well as managing resources like materials, equipment, and personnel.

5. Supervising production staff, providing guidance and support, and potentially conducting training on new processes or equipment.

6. Identifying and resolving production issues, implementing corrective actions, and escalating complex problems to the Production Manager.

7. Facilitating communication and collaboration between different teams and departments to ensure smooth production operations.

8. Maintaining production records, generating reports, and contributing to process improvement initiatives.

9. Ensuring that production is completed before deadlines.

10. Updating the Production Manager on the status of projects.

11. Investigating and resolving production issues to minimize delays and maintain smooth workflows.

12. Prepare mould grouping for project.

13. Provide regular updates and reports to the Production Manager regarding production progress, issues, and performance.

14. Oversee material and inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels for production.

15. Enforce safety regulations and protocols within the production environment.

16. Identify areas for improvement in production processes and contribute to implementing solutions.

17. Organize and prepare layout plan for each production line to cater demand.

18. Motivate and encourage subordinates to achieve maximum productivity. And handle sub coordinates complaints and grievances.

19. Supervise overall production processes to ensure the KPI, capacity, quality & cost of manufacturing & objectives are being achieved.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,037.86 - RM12,436.14 per month
