KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and manage materials, inventories and projects with the Management, Production team and Purchasing team.
- Review MRP shortage and replenishment reports.
- Raise Purchase Requisition to Purchasing to ensure availability of raw materials to support production schedules and customer orders.
- Balance proactively on raw materials demand and supply by rescheduling open Purchase Orders.
- Manage short-term raw materials usage abnormality, identifying root causes and proposing solutions for improvement.
- Provide tactical support on raw materials management for day-to-day business activities - address immediate shortage not covered by routine replenishments, highlight potential raw materials shortfalls to Planning Manager & Customer Service and work out contingency plan to meet all production schedules.
- Manage production supply and ensure continuous raw materials supply for production
- Coordinate testing of tooling with Business Development and Tooling Department - Assist in other planning activities when required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
