**JOB RESPONSIBILITY**:

- Daily up keeping of stock level of sub material record. Request for replenishment if the stock level low.
- Arrange the distribution of work order / purchase order and other documents to individual department.
- Updating the printing work order status to production from time to time.
- Arrangement of work order closing.
- Ensure all job meeting the quality & time requirement efficiency to upgrade from time to time.
- Provides other support to production and management as required.
- Confirm the job order after approved by Department Head with signature.
- Assists in the analysis of sales order releases with respect to capacity planning and material requirements.
- Prepare job order, PO, and handle job order issue.
- Planning production workflow by daily basic.
- Preparing daily and monthly printing output report.
- Checking the accuracy and viability of the product specification.
- Adapting computer systems to meet the requirements of the work.
- Allocating, distributing and checking work with available staff.
- Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the order.
- Improving processes and cost-efficiency.
- Managing production staff and trainees.
- Liaising with production supervisor to discuss time or process setbacks.

**ACADEMIC, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS**:

- Diploma in Business Administration Management or Planning Management.
- Prefer to have 2years of related working experience.
- Good coordination, communication, and quality control work skills in manufacturing processes.
- Strives to continuously build knowledge and skills.
- Works with integrity and ethically.
- Ability to recognize and resolve problems quickly using sound judgment.
- Maintains confidentiality.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required. Prefer can speak English and Mandarin because need deal with supplier from China.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
