**Production Supervisor**

**Responsibilities: -**

To ensure that goods and services are produced efficiently and that the correct amount is produced at the right cost and level of quality.

To assist oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule.

To monitor quality standards of products.

To ensure that maintenance technicians are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.

To ensure that all production operators are trained on the most updated version of the operating procedures.

To undertake the task given by his or her superior as and when is required.

To assist Production Executive to troubleshoot and control the production parameters in order to produce quality products.

To plan duty roster for the department.

**Requirement of knowledge and skills**

Diploma in Engineering (Chemical, Science or any related field) or 3 year working experience in Production/Manufacturing area.

Familiar with Production’s processes.

Strong leadership and management skills.

Good communications, interpersonal and team interaction skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
