Factory Production Supervisor

- Provide guidance and direction to the production group leaders/workers.
- Monitor production employee work performance and maintain material/workflow through the facility.
- Prepare daily reports for all groups and subcontractors and distribute it on the same day.
- Maintain Daily Log book for fabrication activities to all projects and record it.
- Ensure the no. of items fabricated as per project check list.
- Ensure that the production workers working in a safe manner.
- Ensure all production products as per Client’s specifications.
- Monitor and enforce work start, break, and stop times of the production personnel.
- Prepare daily overtime list and submit to Department Manager on the same day to process.
- Monitor and raise internal NCR for fabrication activities and record it.
- Analysis of NCRs for determination of route cause to resolve.
- Ensure all machinery/equipment are well maintained and not affecting the daily productivity.
- Maintain all machinery service/repair reports and submit to Document Controller
- Inform about your absence to the immediate supervisor and factory.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors during emergency.

**Job Requirement**
- Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role.
- Exceptional knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree in a technical, engineering or relevant field will be an advantage.
