Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Assist in planning and coordinating transportation schedules, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
2. Ensure customers’ requirements are met and be able to determine the type of transport required. Excellence in customer service is required.
3. Monitor and track shipments, providing regular updates to stakeholders and addressing any arising issues.
4. Ensure the documentation for the driver is accurate without sharing any confidential information with the other party.
5. Collaborate with drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse staff to optimize routes and maximize efficiency.
6. Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including fuel usage, mileage, and vehicle maintenance.
7. Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve inquiries.
8. Assist in the implementation of safety protocols and compliance with regulatory requirements.
9. Support the operations team in various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and report generation.
10. Ensure all trucks are in good condition and monitor the Preventive & Corrective Maintenance record.
11. Execute haulage standard operation procedures.
12. Responsible for the preparation and filing of accurate weekly haulage reports to HOD, review haulage sales performance and number of trips, customer booking, truck utilization, type of shipment, and daily truck planning.

Job Requirement:
2. Minimum of 1 to 2 years working experience in a similar role.
3. Strong communication skills especially in English & Bahasa Melayu.
4. Have an optimistic outlook and able to handle pressure.
5. Able to prioritize on the delivery timeline and any urgent or ad hoc demands.
6. Sense of urgency coupled with good time management.
7. Proactive, adaptable, able to learn and collaborate with all staff levels.
8. Good at organizing and work planning, able to multitask.
9. Good interpersonal skills and focus on results.
10. Applicants must be willing to work at Pasir Gudang, Johor.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
