Provide technical advisory and expertise for the installation,

- Supervise and guide the design and technology teams.
- Read blueprints, engineering sketches or designs; recognize and

interpret details as well as offer slight variations in objects and use
analytical skills.
- Regularly inspect operators and vendors.
- Work closely with engineers on a special project or task, and

communicate effectively on issues such as scope of work,
completion schedules, problems, solutions, materials or parts
required.
- Ensure that the design process is followed and improved.
- Provide hand-on training and guidance to local staff.
- Conduct and improve on Project Management for design as

outlined in the QA System and the R&D structure document.
- Train Technical Support Team, Production Team and others as

necessary in new products and revisions.
- Evaluating technical programs.
- Troubleshooting technical programs.
- Finding ways to increase productivity and reduce expenses.
- Learning about new products and technologies.
