***Department Overview**:Our International Repairs team is part of the Motorola Solutions business covering the Australia and New Zealand region. We are a professional repair services team that delivers Land Mobile Radio repair. We provide world-class service to meet and exceed customer expectations. Restoring customer confidence at the moment that matters.
***Job Description**:

- Material management including forecasting, ordering, expediting & system receiving of parts for Repair Depot repair & warranty exchange.
- Ensures availability of materials to avoid part shortages and meet On Time Delivery KPI. Raise part setup or subscription request if needed.
- Monitors and maintains integrity of inventory levels.
- Track, record and trace inventory status, part consumption & material expenses against budget.
- Identify and manage potential inventory obsolescence to minimize write-offs.
- Connect with internal and external teams in different countries on operational alignment.
- Additional duties will include participating weekly meetings with other supply chain functional teams, performing Ad-hoc analysis/ reports as required to support operations needs, summarizing complex topics into simple and relevant factors for the leadership team.

***Basic Requirements**:

- At least 2-3 years of working experience in Supply Chain or any related field.
- Understanding of the Supply Chain Operations environment and processes.
- Having knowledge in Oracle & Tableau will be an added advantage.
- Attention to details.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude towards changes, ability to deal with complexity and manage ambiguity.
- Good collaboration skills and ability to drive operational improvement or project results.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision & strong execution focus.
- Possess a pro-active, persuasive and flexible attitude.
- Strong team player.
