1. Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
2. Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
3. Managing and tracking all aspects of the delivery life cycle for the service offering, including original time estimates, cost, schedule, assessment of customer requirements and scope of the project.
4. Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project, and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel.
5. Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
6. Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
7. Reviews status reports prepared by project manager and modifies schedules or plans as required. Prepares project reports for management, client, or others.
8. Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
9. Identification of issues and risks, developing and implementing corrective actions.
10. Maintaining effective communication with the customer, Project Manager and impacted parties, as appropriate.
11. Management of the project team, including assignment and supervision of daily tasks, providing direction and establishing goals for project team members.
12. Responsible for overall quality and management of major projects or programs.
Identification and recommendation of training needs for project members.
13. Oversee budget and ensure financial accountability.
14. Recognize and solve potential problems and evaluate project/program effectiveness.
15. Established operating procedures for project/program. Ensure procedures meet program goals.

**REQUIREMENT**:
1) Degree in IT / Science Comp / Data Com / Telco.
2) Working experience of 5 years and above.
3) Familiar with Telco industry.
4) Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
