_**We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.**_

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer and direct phone calls, Whatsapp, social media enquiries
- Punch and bind books and notes, pack and deliver
- Prepare teaching notes, help in operation at centres
- Simple Marketing work (edit video, shoot video, design poster, marketing post)
- Demonstrate proficient interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Provide general support to visitors
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Maintain contact lists
- Submit and reconcile expense reports

**Requirements and skills**:

- Hold at least Diploma & above
- Administration: 1 year experience
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, Whatsapp, Canva, Google Drive)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have personal transportation and willing to travel (if required).
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
