**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and engage potential clients for website design and digital marketing services. Develop strategies to retain existing clients and foster long-term relationships.
- Understand the unique needs of each potential client and propose tailored digital solutions covering website development, SEO, Google Ads, content marketing, and social media strategies.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends in web design and digital marketing, understanding competitor strategies to effectively position our services in the market.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and tools in digital marketing, web design, and development technologies to provide knowledgeable recommendations to clients and internally inform marketing strategies.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to potential clients, showcasing the unique value propositions of our website design and digital marketing services.
- Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets on a regular, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring the company's sales growth and revenue objectives are met.
- Build and nurture professional relationships with clients and industry stakeholders to enhance business growth opportunities.
- Skillfully negotiate contracts, ensuring they meet both client needs and company goals. Efficiently close deals, securing the best possible terms for the company.
- Occasionally contribute to the creation of content for marketing purposes, such as blog posts, case studies, and testimonials, highlighting successful projects and client solutions for the company social media platform.
- Attending meetings and acting as a technical advisory.

**Requirement & Qualification**
- Diploma/ Degree in Marketing/ Digital Marketing/ Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering or equivalence.
- Previous experience working within a technical pre-sales position/ digital marketing specialist.
- Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills in English & Bahasa Melayu (ability to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage).
- Strong customer service orientation
- Analytical skills, Collaborative Skills, Strategic Thinking Skills, Sales Skills and the ability to recognize the demands on the side of the clients
- Full drivers licence with own transportation
- Willingness to travel
- Extensive experience in defining Digital IT Architectures developed on cloud technologies / Social Media Marketing strategies
- Pleasant personality, presentable and a team player.
- Observant, resourceful and result-driven.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Attendance bonus
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
