**Position Title**: Fresh Graduate Trainee

**Location**: Main office located in Miri, Sarawak
**Employment Type**: Full-Time (3-Month Training Assessment)
**Compensation**: RM300 to RM2,100 Incentive (based on performance during training)
**Post-Training Financing Scheme**: RM2,000 to RM10,000 + Commission

**About the Role**:
As a **Fresh Graduate Trainee** in Domino Academy, you will undergo a 3-month intensive training designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career in either financial services or any industry. During this training period, you will be evaluated on your performance, and those who demonstrate potential will transition to a full-time Wealth Planner role, with the opportunity to earn a monthly financing support between **RM2,000 to RM10,000**, plus commissions.

This program offers a flexible working environment, career growth, and the potential for long-term success in the financial services industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct Research on Saving & Insurance Trends**: Research the impact of saving habits and insurance adoption in Malaysia to understand consumer behavior and promote financial literacy.
- **Engage in Charity and Community Activities**: Participate in community service and charity initiatives to foster social responsibility and build relationships within the community.
- **Design Your Career Path**: Learn to create a personalized career roadmap and set clear milestones for professional growth and leadership development.
- **Master Financial Management & Help the Community**: Develop financial management skills and assist the community in making informed decisions about budgeting, investing, and saving.
- **Performance & Target Achievement**: Work towards meeting sales targets and KPIs, striving for continuous improvement through training, self-assessment, and feedback.

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Education Requirements**:

- Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s or Professional Degree
- Diploma holders with at least 2 years of relevant work experience

**Preferred Experience**:

- Background in Banking, Accounting, Oil & Gas, Sales & Marketing, or Medical fields is a plus

**Skills**:

- Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
