**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the FMCG industry
- Proficiency in social media management, content creation, e-commerce platforms and google analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A creative mind set with the ability to think outside the box
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator and video editing software
- Analytical skills to assess and interpret marketing data
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Responsibility**
- Develop and execute yearly marketing plans targeting relevant audiences
- Lead & work with inter-departments for new product development & launching activities with time schedule arrangement
- Create content, including images, videos, infographics, teasers, blog posts and live-streaming sessions to promote our products across various platforms
- Plan and execute offline activations such as events, sponsorships/partnerships, etc.
- Monitor progress and assist in tracking marketing campaigns using various metrics and prepare reports of performance.
- Plan, visit and work with our retail customers on in-store/e-com promotions and related marketing support
- Keep all marketing related materials up to date, for example, company website, marketing materials etc
- Work & coordinate with key accounts and sales development teams to develop marketing campaign/trade marketing activities for sales-driven development.
- Manage relationship with media, creative agencies/designers and suppliers
- Manage and respond to social media customers’ inquiries and feedback, including support in managing the PR issues on social media platform
- Responsible for budget planning and execution, aimed at maximizing marketing effectiveness.
- Plan and execute internal events i.e team building, special occasion celebrations etc.
- Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.
