**Full job description**

**Requirements**:

- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Related course in Marketing, Business Management, E-commerce, or related fields.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas (eg: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF functions) for data analysis and reporting.

**Responsibility**

Stock Management and Coordination:

- Collaborate with the production team to monitor stock levels and ensure sufficient inventory is available for e-commerce platforms.
- Coordinate stock arrangements to meet platform demands and promotional campaigns.

Performance Monitoring:

- Track and analyze the performance metrics of e-commerce platforms, such as sales performance, traffic and conversion rates.
- Assist in preparing performance updates and reports for internal review.

Platform Setup and Deals Management:

- Support the setup and maintenance of product listings on e-commerce platforms.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, including configuring platform deals and discounts.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
