**Job Summary**:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that drive engagement, lead generation, and brand loyalty within the marine and offshore industry. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, as well as the unique challenges and opportunities within the sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1) Marketing analytics & data to optimize marketing spend & attribute ROI**, to translate market information insights into marketing plans and maximize Demand Generation and Sales enablement.

2) **Is accountable for the maturity, strategy and vision**of all the digital channels and required media to expand reach and engagement with target audience(s).

3) **Is responsible for the creation and realization of strategic marketing partnerships** and identification and contracting of required vendors for the required marketing technology.

**4) Is responsible for the communication with stakeholders about marketing capabilities** to the entire organization, communicating new possibilities, changes etc. that influences the execution and plans through the Marketing Business Partners.

**5) Strategy Development**: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and industry trends.

**7) SEO & SEM**:Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to increase visibility and drive traffic.

**8) Social Media Management**: Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Youtube, Facebook, Instagram), engaging with industry stakeholders and promoting brand initiatives.

**10) Analytics & Reporting**:Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders to inform strategy adjustments.

**11) Collaboration**:Work closely with sales, engineering, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and industry developments.

**12) Industry Research**:Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
