COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

Digital Advertising Platforms:

  • Proficient in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and RedNote (XiaoHongShu) Ads.
  • Able to execute planned campaigns using ads platform.

SEO & Content Strategy:

  • Knowledge of keyword research, on-page optimisation, link building, and content marketing strategies.

Social Media Management:

  • Strong understanding of social media content planning, engagement strategy, and community management.
  • Experience using scheduling tools (Meta Planner, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).

Social Media Page Management:

  • Responsible for managing and growing Facebook, Instagram and RedNote (XiaoHongShu) pages, ensuring consistent branding and engagement.
  • Monitors comments, messages, and interactions professionally to maintain community health.

Content Curation & Creation:

  • Plans, curates, and publishes engaging content (images, videos, carousels, and stories) aligned with campaign goals.
  • Collaborates with designers and copywriters to maintain an appealing and consistent visual style.
  • Keeps up with trends, memes, and seasonal topics to enhance organic engagement.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's in Marketing

SKILLS

  • Ad campaign creation
  • Video Shooting
  • Able to use Canva & Capcut proficiently

EXPRIENCE

  • Preferably 2 - 3 years' experience in digital marketing field

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Ensure tasks given are properly executed
