Key responsibilities

Indoor sales support

  • Customer engagement: Answer incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and instant messaging platforms like WhatsApp.
  • Sales process management: Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, process orders, and assist with other sales documentation.
  • Lead qualification: Identify and qualify potential sales leads by understanding customer needs and answering product questions.
  • Customer relationship management: Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with current information on sales activities and customer feedback.
  • Customer satisfaction: Coordinate with the operations or logistics team to ensure smooth order delivery and provide after-sales support.
  • Interdepartmental coordination: Liaise with other departments, such as production or logistics, to support sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Digital marketing execution
  • Content creation: Develop and create engaging content, such as graphics, videos, and captions, for the company's social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Social media management: Manage and schedule posts on social media channels to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Campaign assistance: Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including online advertisements (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads).
  • Performance tracking: Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics, such as leads and ad performance, and report findings to the management.
  • Website maintenance: Assist in updating website content using a content management system (CMS).

Requirement:

  • Education: STPM/Diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT or a related field is typically preferred. Fresh graduates are also encourage to apply.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a sales, marketing, or customer service role is often an advantage.

Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in other languages like Mandarin may be required, depending on the target market.
  • Proficiency with digital tools, including social media platforms, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and CRM software.
  • Ability to create visually appealing content is often required.
  • A proactive attitude with strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Personal attributes: Highly motivated, detail-oriented, adaptable, and a good team player.

Working Days: 6 Days Full (Monday to Friday with Alternate Saturday)
