JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Managing and supervising the sales and marketing team to ensure objectives, goals and targets are achieved.
  2. Manage and coordinate of advertisement material and campaign with Media Agencies, Advertising Agencies and work with Real Estate Agencies for company's current or new launch properties.
  3. Conduct market research to guide product pricing, packaging analysis and competitor analysis.
  4. Developing, planning & implementing sales and marketing strategies.
  5. Prepare sales/ marketing operational budget to the management for review and approval. Manage the budget effectively and report on progress made and challenges encountered.
  6. Liaison with lawyers, authorities, bankers, valuers, for any matters linked to sales and marketing.
  7. Liaise and work with real estate agents in the sales and marketing of the Company's current and newly launched property.
  8. Manage marketing budget and deliver all marketing activities within set budget.
  9. Ensure all application/renewal of Developer's License, Sales & Advertising Permit and dealing with relevant approval from Ministry of Housing (MOH) ~ Developer's License (DL) and Advertising Permit (AP) or other relevant permits required in the course of sales and marketing are valid all times.
  10. Ability to utilize digital marketing/social media/web applications to support marketing activities.
  11. To undertake any other duty and responsibilities as so instructed by the immediate superior from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing or equivalent with 13 years experience in Sales Marketing.
  • Proven experience with Sales Strategy, Account Management, and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Marketing Campaigns, and Market Research
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Leadership and Team Management capabilities
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Experience in the Malay- Reserved industry is advantageous
