Sales Ninja Training Sdn Bhd is one of Malaysia's leading corporate training and coaching providers — trusted by brands such as McDonald's, UOB, Sime Darby, and Prudential.

We are expanding our sales team and looking for motivated Corporate Sales Executives who can build strong client relationships, close deals, and deliver impactful training and coaching solutions to help organizations grow and perform better.

This is a work-from-home role with fixed office hours. Candidates must be based in Kuala Lumpur or Selangor for occasional client meetings and monthly team gatherings.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
  • Understand client goals and propose relevant training and coaching solutions
  • Manage the entire sales process — from prospecting to closing and account servicing
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Track performance metrics and meet monthly sales targets

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or account management
  • Based in Kuala Lumpur or Selangor (able to attend client meetings when required)
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about training, coaching, and people development
  • Able to work independently from home during fixed working hours
  • Experience with CRM systems is an advantage
  • Familiarity with training, coaching, or AI-based learning solutions is a plus
