Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales (Executive/Senior Executive) position located in Klang. We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Sales Professional to join our Banquet & Event team.This role focuses on promoting our venue for weddings,corporate events,private fuctions,and other special occasions.You will be responsible for generating new leads,managing client relationships,and ensuring every event booking is executed smoothly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for banquet,wedding,and corporate event bookings.
  • Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally,providing venue tours and proposals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients,event planners,and corporate partners.
  • Prepare customized quotations and negotiate contracts to close deals effectively.
  • Coordinate with the operations and event teams to ensure successful event execution.
  • Track and report sales performance,pipeline,and market trends.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships and negotiating effectively
  • Ability to identify and analyze market opportunities and client needs
  • Experience in managing sales pipelines and achieving sales targets
  • Proficiency in preparing clear sales reports and documentation
  • Knowledge of sales strategies, customer management software, and industry practices
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with a team and adapt to on-site work requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
  • Prior experience in the sales or business development field will be beneficial
