Our client is one of the leading multinational conglomerates.  Role Purpose:Manage and lead global corporate sales team to grow and achievecorporate sales global revenue target through contracting via global RFP and Oneworld Corporate Program and at the same time lead, guide and supportteam at all POS globally on contract implementation and account management. Key Accountabilities:Manage key global accounts and lead Globalcorporate sales team in implementing overall corporate sales strategy includingcontracting under Oneworld Alliance to achieve Global corporate sales targetrevenue.Establish and monitor contract implementation,account management and servicing plan for Global Corporate Account Manager tobuild and maintain mutual beneficial relationships with corporate customers andmonitor/evaluate the performance of corporate agreements handled by globalcorporate team.Lead team in each step in the life -cycle of theglobal corporate dealing process, from initial engagement, RFI, RFP, contractnegotiation and implementation. Conduct performance reviews with global companiesto ensure contract goals are met.Facilitate the sharing of best practices withthe global team in global contracting, implementation and account managementapproach. RequirementsDegree in any related discipline with 6 -7 years'experience or Diploma in any related discipline with 8 -10 years' experience.Excellent communication/analytical/negotiationskills.Must be computer literate and well versed inMicrosoft, Words, Excel Office applications.Pleasant appearance, matured, positive attitudeand self -driven.High degree of commercial awareness and theability to grasp complex business issues.Experience in managing cross -culturally.Have positive work attitude, team player, ableto meet tight deadlines and prepare to take additional responsibilities.
