We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales efforts and expand our market presence in the tools and machinery industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling tools or machinery, excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, and the ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans.

Job Responsibilities:-

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and foster relationships with potential clients
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers
  • Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with product development and technical teams to better serve customer needs
  • Create marketing campaigns and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness
  • Prepare and deliver presentations in both Chinese and English to diverse audiences
  • Maintain accurate sales records and generate regular sales reports
  • Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events

Job Requirements:-

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience in selling tools or machinery, with a successful track record
  • Strong understanding of the tools and machinery industry market dynamics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Familiarity with sales CRM software and marketing tools
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Mandarin language proficiency is mandatory

  • Experience with international sales is a plus

  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
