JOB DESCRIPTION

Sales Management

  • Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, conversion rates and pipeline progress.
  • Support sales teams/agents with product knowledge, pricing and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate with Sales Admin to ensure accurate documentation, agreements and timely loan drawdowns.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints and escalations in a professional manner.

Marketing & Branding

  • Assist in planning & implementing marketing campaigns, product launches and promotional activities.
  • Ensure consistent brand identity across brochures, digital platforms and events.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies on advertising, social media and PR.
  • Monitor competitor's activities, market trends and customer insights to recommend strategies.

Events & Campaign

  • Organize and support roadshow, exhibitions and property launches.
  • Liaise with event partners, vendors and internal departments for smooth executions.
  • Track and evaluate campaign ROI and provide post-event reports.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare sales reports, marketing analysis and management updates.
  • Track marketing budget utilization and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve sales and marketing effectiveness.

QUALIFICATION & COMPETENCIES

Level of Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management/Business Admin or related fields.

Years of Experience:Minimum 3-5 years in Sales & Marketing, preferably in property development/real estate.

Technical Competencies: Strong understanding of sales strategies, digital marketing and brand management.
