Summary :

  • This role supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing activities to grow brand awareness, engage target audiences, and strengthen product positioning under Quantum.
  • You will be involved in campaigns, events, and digital initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver timely, impactful, and brand-consistent content across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand & Campaign Marketing

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns for health and nutrition brands/products.
  • Coordinate product launches, seasonal campaigns, brand activations, and promotional events to meet business goals.
  • Ensure all marketing activities and content align with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.

2. Content & Creative Coordination

  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce visuals, product labels, packaging, and marketing collaterals.
  • Draft, refine and edit marketing copy for campaigns, websites, educational content, and product information sheets.
  • Coordinate the creation of marketing assets for both B2C (consumer) and B2B (retailers/ distributors) audiences.

3. Digital Marketing & Market Insights

  • Develop and manage a social media content plan, ensuring timely posting, relevant engagement, and campaign alignment.
  • Monitor and update brand websites promptly with new content, campaigns, and product information.
  • Track, analyse, and report on digital performance and consumer insights to support continuous improvement.

  • Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities and threats.

  • Collaborate with influencers, wellness experts, and content creators to promote products in line with brand values.

  • Support e-commerce campaigns, SEO initiatives, and email marketing activities to drive product awareness and sales.

4. Administrative & Coordination

  • Track marketing budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Liaise with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to ensure effective coordination.
  • Maintain an organised library of marketing assets and resources.

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years' experience in marketing, digital, or brand support
  • Fresh graduates with strong internship exposure are welcome.
  • Hands-on experience in social media management, content updates, or event coordination is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Good analytical skills to support campaign tracking and reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; exposure to design or digital tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics) is a plus.
  • Eager to learn, adaptable, and a strong team player with good communication skills.
  • Willing to relocate/travel to Bukit Raja Klang
