Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing Executive cum Personal Assistant (PA) to support our Managing Director and help drive the company's branding, digital presence, and marketing campaigns. This hybrid role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn and contribute to both strategic marketing initiatives and executive-level support functions.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Executive Duties


• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms.


• Manage and grow XTS Technologies' online presence, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and company website.


• Create engaging content including visuals, posts, articles, videos, and promotional materials.


• Coordinate and manage marketing materials for trade shows, roadshows, product launches, and events.


• Track and analyze marketing data, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.


• Liaise with customers, partners, and suppliers on marketing-related initiatives.


• Support lead generation activities including automation campaigns, CRM entry, and follow-ups.

Personal Assistant Duties


• Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, travel, and meeting arrangements.


• Prepare presentations, meeting notes, and follow-up actions.


• Assist with internal communications, memos, and corporate documentation.


• Handle confidential correspondence, email management, and administrative tasks.


• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the Director's instructions are followed and executed.


• Support special projects and strategic tasks as assigned by the MD.

Requirements


• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Minimum 2 years of working experience in marketing or administrative support; fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply.


• Proficient in social media platforms, Canva, PowerPoint, and basic photo/video editing tools.


• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.


• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.


• Trustworthy, discreet, and able to handle confidential matters.


• Willing to travel locally or regionally when required.
