Job Descriptions

  1. Advertising & Campaign ManagementPlan, execute & monitor paid advertising campaigns across social media, search engines, display networks & e-commerce platforms. Ensure alignment with brand strategy & maximize ROI

  2. SEO Strategy & ExecutionDevelop & implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility & search engine rankingsConduct keyword research, on-page & off-page optimization & technical SEO audits

  3. Content Strategy, Planning & ExecutionDevelop localized content & campaign strategies based on business objectives & audience insights. Collaborate with creative teams to ensure consistent & effective multi-channel communication & drive the on-ground execution of marketing initiatives

  4. Market & Competitor ResearchMonitor competitor campaigns & digital advertising trends. Provide insights & recommendations to refine creative strategies & maintain a competitive edge

  5. Compliance & Platform UpdatesStay updated on advertising policies, platform algorithm changes & best practices. Ensure all campaigns comply with platform policies & adhere to Metcal's brand guidelines

  6. Performance Analysis & ReportingPrepare weekly & monthly reports summarizing campaign results, insights & recommendations. Identify top-performing creatives & strategies, providing actionable guidance for continuous improvement

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing or related field

3+ years of experience in Digital or Performance Marketing (B2B experience is a plus)

Proficient in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads & SEO tools

Confident in data analysis, from pivot tables to performance charts

Proven track record of managing large-scale ad budgets & delivering ROI

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4, RM5,000.00 per month
