Salary : RM2,500 + EPF + Commission + Performance Bonus + Allowance

Job Description

  • Plan, manage & optimize Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other campaigns to boost sales & leads.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare weekly reports with actionable insights.
  • Explore new marketing trends, tools, and platforms because we love staying ahead.
  • Plan & schedule content for Instagram, TikTok & Facebook.
  • Collaborate with influencers and Content Creators to create contents and increase product exposure and brand visibility
  • Collaborate with the design team to create marketing materials like posters, content videos, etc.
  • Brainstorm ideas for new product launches, promotions & collaborations with sports teams.
  • Create monthly marketing and content calendars and campaign outlines.

Job Specification

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communication (or related field).
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing and branding.
  • Experience in marketing or campaign planning is preferred, but fresh graduates with strong ideas are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates who can appear in, shoot, or edit content videos or photos will have an added advantage.
  • Passion for sportswear, apparel, or youth-oriented branding is a strong advantage.
