**Responsibilities**:
The leader in this role will be responsible for aligning resources, prioritizing programs, establishing targets, and driving results to enhance the Global Supply Chain organization and to accelerate its strategy toward continued competitive differentiation of the company. Collaborates with the Executive management team, Supply Chain executives, Product Group executives and drives organizational effectiveness and Supplier performance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide executive leadership for the Global Supply Chain and strategy delivery
- Represent the supply chain as the accountable executive and authorized decision maker in Product Development and Release reviews
- Drive key Global Supply Chain strategies within assigned supplier and product group; influence key partners to achieve business objectives
- Instill a culture of quality and discipline into all Lam Suppliers
- Manage specialized supply chain team(s) that are focused on the unique needs of specific product lines
- Develop a strategy and organizational structure in support of product group objectives enhancing competitive differentiation while delivering business results for the Global Supply Chain organization
- Develop and present meaningful and impactful messages to a wide array of audiences: C-level, peer VPs, Global Supply Chain, suppliers and customers

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 8 - 10 years of related experience and 5+ years in management.
- Global Supply Chain leadership within a global matrix of multi-site manufacturing and supplier operations over multiple continents
- Executive level experience interfacing with customers and suppliers, managing the relationships on product issue identification, problem resolution, and end-to-end delivery
- Experience as a decision maker in a structured Product Development and Release process
- Demonstrated ability leading and developing high performing teams; inspires and engages their staff
- Demonstrated proactive leadership identifying and anticipating problems, issues, and risks to project outcomes and manages those issues in advance of critical situations; use of rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions
- Ability to drive business processes that enable effective prioritization and facilitate faster customer solutions; able to architect and drive change in a matrix environment
- Interpersonal and leadership skills across multiple cultures in North America, Europe, and Asia
- Capable of navigating Lam and supplier constraints such as time to market, source locking, and moving suppliers
