**Job Summary**:
**The Customer Service Executive for Social Media & Online Marketplaces** is responsible for providing high-quality customer support across various digital channels. The role focuses on resolving customer inquiries, handling complaints, and ensuring a positive brand experience. This includes managing direct messages, reviews and comments, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve product or service issues.

Key responsibilities include monitoring and responding to customer interactions, processing orders and returns, managing customer feedback, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and services. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to adapt quickly to changes in digital environments.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and online marketplaces environments (e.g., Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and e-commerce tools.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts calmly and professionally.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 per month
