PPC / Planner (Production Planning & Control)

1. To ensure and monitor the Production in coordinating, communicating & planning between Sales, Quality Assurance, Research & Development, and Production Departments to ensure ON-TIME DELIVERY.
2. To create a Production Plan Control Schedule for the Production Department, in order to achieve Sales scheduled deliveries.
3. Authorizing Job Order and sending to manufacturing operation.
4. To liaise with Purchasing and Warehouse Department to ensure having sufficient raw material and hardware & etc. for Production according to plan schedule.
5. To assist the Production in developing a system of control [by way of computer] for the production capacity in relation to materials purchase need.
6. To ensure the planned timber used by production are at the highest recovery to ensure cost effectiveness.
7. To assist the Production in updating production schedule and output data to ensure adherence of plan schedule.
8. To know & understand:
a. All working stage and processes
b. Speed of work & factory costs related
c. In full co-operation production cost related
d. The materials use.
e. Standard Time measuring for output.
f. Delivery of all Materials.
g. Delivery of Finished Goods (Export).
h. Production shoot (when is it proper to put into production of new order)
9. To undertake any others duties & responsibilities as may be required from time to time.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

- Ipoh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
