The responsibilities of the Production Planner are to complete sales order and deliver on time with well-planned materials.

When exercising the duties during work days, specific responsibilities and authorities of the Production Planner include:

- Check stock in warehouse when receive order from sales team (SO), if lack of stock plan to complete SO and

deliver to customer as per requested.
- Ensure utilize warehouse stock before request from purchasing to order materials.
- Prepare SO order quantity with system ERP.
- Plan scheduling to run in production and complete as per date requested in SO.
- Follow up with production supervisor to ensure SO can complete on time.
- Communication with sales team if production cant fulfill order and find a best way to complete order.
- Update “completion date” at Delivery Schedule to let sales know to arrange deliver to customer.
- Review completed order bristle weight usage tally with as plan

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
