Administrative Officer

To maintain company data center, ensuring proper maintenance of records, documentation and filing in a timely manner
- To assist with tenancy agreements, including timely renewal of tenancy and coordinating lease matters
- To assist with insurance purchases, including timely renewal of policy and preparation of claims if any
- To provide general administrative support, including coordinating meetings and appointments, managing office and pantry supplies, arranging travel plans
- To communicate with internal and external parties at all levels on matters related to administrative activities
- To undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties assigned by the management
**Requirements**:
- Able to work under minimum supervision and committed to a strong sense of urgency
- Must maintain strict confidentiality in performing duties, honest and trustworthy
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
- Must be flexible, highly organized and have a proven ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Excellent computer literate
