As our office Admin, you are required to be
- Customer Oriented
- Able to multitask in daily tasks
- Able to communicate good.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with mínimal supervision.
- Training Provided.
- Assist in managing bill payments for the company.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Manage customer calls
- Account based (added bonus)
- Able to work in SQL

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage store Inventory
- Manage office Petty Cash
- Perform Purchase Orders
- Manage company invoicing & enquiries
- Passing enquries/leads to Sales person

Qualifications:
Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree (Fresh Grads are welcomed)
