**Job Description:

- **
- Oversee daily operational activities to ensure project deliverables are achieved within the established timeline.
- Plan, execute, and deliver projects in alignment with approved drawings, contract specifications, and regulatory requirements from contract signing through to final delivery.
- Manage operational expenses and budgets, allocating resources efficiently and implementing cost control measures for project completion.
- Monitors project progress and report periodic progress to Management.
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs, streamline processes, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Anticipate and address potential operational issues, taking proactive steps to prevent or minimize disruptions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as customers, suppliers, vendors and regulatory agencies to ensure the availability of necessary resources and services.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**Job Requirement:

- **
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an operational role within the structural steel industry, preferably in manufacturing or construction.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in English and interpersonal skills in order to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proven leadership abilities to effectively manage and guide the operations team.
- Self-motivated and collaborative team player with a keen eye for detail and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
- Strong planning, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Thrives in fast-paced operational environment with many priorities simultaneously, adapt to change and manage challenges.
- Independent and capable of working with mínimal supervision, with a strong sense of urgency and initiative.
- 5-days working week.
- Working Location: Senai
