Familiarize with SQL system & Microsoft Applications
- Prepare payments to suppliers according to agreed credit terms &, ensuring

compliance with the agreements.
- To organize & manage the petty cash flow.
- Prepare the Statements Of Account (SOA) and ensure timely delivery to

customer, facilitating transparent communication of the financial.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date recording of customer collections,

maintaining financial integrity.
- Accurately perform date entry, printing, and filing tasks, maintaining organized

the financial records.
- Verify and record suppliers' invoices and payments accurately into system,

generate a smooth transaction processes.
- Issue debit notes and credit notes accurately, reflecting financial transactions

when necessary.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Prepares and presents monthly management reports, variance analysis and

cash flow projections to Management/Directors.
- Liaise/deal with the auditors on annual audits and address any accounting and

control issues proactively.
- Also do liaise with the regulatory agencies (such as the Tax agencies etc.) to

ensure compliance with the local statutory laws and regulations.

Job Requirements
- Process at least Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or

equivalent.
