Respond to RFQs/Tenders or pre-sales activities as and when required. - Attend client meetings with salespersons to ensure proposed solution meet the customer’s expectation and deadline - Understand client’s requirement and gather the required information. - Generate technical proposal and Bill of Materials (BOM) that fully address client’s requirement. - The technical proposal must be based on standard template with custom write up to address specific client’s requirement in both product(s), services and/or support. - Conduct Proofs of Concept (POC) exercise for the purpose of validating that the product or solution does meet the client’s requirement and expectation. - Conduct Presentations to customers on proposed solutions or new technologies. - Prioritize company’s core solutions in the proposal to clients. - Acquire the required product technical knowledge.
