About the Role

We are is seeking an experienced
Security Solutions Architect
to lead the
design, deployment, and support of Microsoft Security and Compliance solutions
. The role requires deep technical expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem and strong leadership capabilities to drive secure digital transformation for enterprise clients.

This position reports to the
Senior Director, Cyber Risk and Technology Advisory Services
and involves collaboration across multiple teams to enhance clients' security posture and resilience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end
  architecture, implementation, and optimization
  of Microsoft 365 and Azure Security & Compliance solutions.
• Design and integrate advanced Microsoft security platforms, including
  Microsoft Purview, Entra ID, Defender for Cloud, Defender for Office 365, and Defender for Endpoint
  .
• Translate
  business and regulatory requirements
  into technical architectures and deployment blueprints.
• Oversee
  solution onboarding, configuration, and secure deployment
  across multi-tenant and hybrid environments.
• Perform
  advanced troubleshooting, incident response, and root cause analysis
  to ensure system integrity.
• Develop and maintain
  architecture documentation, configuration baselines, and playbooks
  .
• Collaborate with governance, infrastructure, and cloud teams to standardize
  security processes and automation frameworks
  .
• Mentor implementation teams and drive best practices in Microsoft Security configuration.
• Participate in
  incident response, post-incident reviews, and resilience planning
  .
• Support
  Cyber Risk and Technology Advisory
  engagements and contribute to cybersecurity transformation initiatives.

Experience & Expertise

• Minimum
  12 years of IT experience
  , including
  8–10 years
  in
  Security Engineering or Architecture
  , specializing in c
• Proven hands-on experience with:
• Microsoft Defender for Endpoint / Defender for Cloud
• Microsoft Purview (AIP/DLP)
• Microsoft Entra ID (Identity Governance, Conditional Access)
• Strong understanding of
  Security Operations, Governance, and Service Delivery
  .
• Experience implementing Microsoft Security solutions in
  global enterprise environments
  .
• Familiarity with
  ISO 27001, PCI-DSS
  , and other cybersecurity compliance frameworks.
• Experience integrating with
  ITSM platforms
  such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira.

Qualifications (Mandatory)

• Bachelor's Degree in
  Computer Science, Information Security, or related technical discipline
  .
• Microsoft Certifications:
• SC-100 – Cybersecurity Architect Expert
• SC-200 – Security Operations Analyst Associate
• SC-400 – Information Protection & Compliance Administrator
• AZ-900 – Azure Fundamentals

Preferred Certifications:

• AZ-500 – Azure Security Engineer Associate
• SC-300 – Identity and Access Administrator Associate
• Cisco CCNA
  or equivalent (optional).
