**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Assist and resolve customers' inquiries with their services, payment issues, orders, Apps, etc.
- Give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimally SPM and above
- Willingness to learn about customer service industry
- Exceptional listening and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work in rotational shift during peak hours, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- 5 working days in a week
- 9 working hours include 1 hour break
- Able to work in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Salary is up to RM 3,200 per month (including allowances)

Training provided (1 month)
