**Job scope**:
1. **Sales Strategy Development**
- Design and implement sales strategies to attract corporate clients.

2. **Client Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and large organizations.

3. **Event Planning and Coordination**
- Coordinate corporate events, conferences, team-building activities, and private functions at the park.

4. **Revenue Growth and Budget Management**
- Monitor and track sales targets and performance, working to meet or exceed goals.

5. **Market Research and Analysis**
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

6. **Collaboration with Other Departments**
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and guest services teams to develop strategies and execute corporate sales plans.

7. **Reporting and Forecasting**
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and future opportunities.

8. **Networking and Industry Representation**
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the theme park and generate new business.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Event planning and coordination experience.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software.
- Ability to manage budgets and track sales performance.
